PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- Officials say a warrant has been issued for the arrest of a heavy equipment operator in the collapse of a Philadelphia building onto a thrift store that killed six people. Authorities said Saturday that 42-year-old Sean Benschop will be charged with six counts of involuntary manslaughter, 13 counts of recklessly endangering another person and one count of risking a catastrophe. Police are searching for him. Authorities believe Benschop was using an excavator when the remains of the four-story building gave way and toppled onto an attached Salvation Army thrift store.
